Making & Delivery
Made, not picked
Nothing here sits in a box waiting for you. When your order comes in, a stone is chosen for it by hand, set, and coded to your intention.
That takes up to 10 days — longer if you have asked for something we have not made before. If you need it faster than that, we are honestly not the right shop, and we would rather tell you now.
What happens after you order
| Straight away | Order confirmation by email, with your stone and your intention on it. Check it — this is the moment to tell us if something is wrong. |
| Within 2–3 days | Your stone is chosen. We email you to tell you it has been. |
| Days 3–9 | Setting, finishing, coding, resting, wrapping. This is the quiet part. |
| Up to day 10 | Dispatch, with tracking. |
Personalised work — engraving, a stone you have specified yourself, a setting we have not made before — can add 5 to 10 days. We will tell you the honest estimate by email before we start, not after.
Delivery, once it is made
Take two pieces and the delivery is on us, everywhere we ship. On a single piece a small tracked postage is added, and you see it at the checkout before you pay — never afterwards, and never as a surprise.
| United Kingdom — tracked | 3–8 working days after dispatch | Free from two pieces · £3.95 on one |
| Europe — tracked | 6–12 working days after dispatch | Free from two pieces · £5.95 on one |
| Australia — tracked | 8–15 working days after dispatch | Free from two pieces · £7.95 on one |
Every order is tracked and signed for, whether you paid for the postage or not. Jewellery is worth stealing; we would rather it was not left on a doorstep.
Europe means the 27 countries of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Those, the United Kingdom and Australia are the places we currently ship to. If you are somewhere else and want a piece, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you.
The maximum, plainly stated
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 we must give you a delivery deadline. Ours is 30 days from the date you order, unless we have agreed something different with you in writing for a bespoke piece. If we are going to miss it, we will tell you before it happens and you can cancel for a full refund.
Customs, import VAT and duty — read this if you are outside the UK
We post from London. That is a fact about the parcel, not a detail, and it decides what happens when it reaches you.
United Kingdom. The price you see is the price you pay. Nothing is added at the checkout beyond the postage shown there, and nothing is owed on delivery.
European Union. Your parcel arrives as an import from outside the Union. Until the middle of 2026 small parcels slipped under a €150 duty-free threshold; that threshold was removed on 1 July 2026, so every parcel now carries customs duty, and your own country's import VAT is charged on top of it. The rate depends on where you live — VAT runs from 17% in Luxembourg to 27% in Hungary, and jewellery duty is small but no longer zero.
The carrier pays that at the border, then collects it from you before handing the parcel over, along with a handling fee of their own. In practice you should expect roughly 20–30% of the price of the piece, plus that fee.
We cannot collect it at the checkout and we have not buried it in the price. We would rather you knew the real number before you ordered than found it on a card left through your door.
Australia. You see our prices in Australian dollars, and nothing is owed on arrival on an order under A$1,000. Australian customs does not collect duty or GST on an imported parcel below that value, and we are not registered to charge Australian GST, so there is nothing added at the checkout either beyond the postage shown there. Above A$1,000 a parcel is formally cleared on entry and the carrier collects duty and GST before handing it over — that only happens on larger orders, and we have not buried it in the price.
Wrong address
Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will change it. Once a piece has been dispatched to the address you gave us, we cannot recall it — and because pieces are made individually, we cannot simply post another one.
If it does not arrive
Tracking sometimes takes 3–5 days to start updating, which is normal and not a sign of a problem. If the tracking has genuinely stopped, or the delivery window has passed, email us with your order number. We will chase the carrier ourselves rather than asking you to do it.
