How long it takes
Your piece is posted directly from our maker. There is no warehouse in the middle and no second leg, which is why it is quicker than most people expect.
| United Kingdom — tracked | 5–10 days, usually within a week | Free on every order |
| Europe — tracked | 6–12 working days | Free over £50 · £5.95 below that |
| Australia — tracked | 8–15 working days | Free over £50 · £7.95 below that |
Every order is tracked and signed for, whether you paid for the postage or not. Jewellery is worth stealing; we would rather it was not left on a doorstep.
You get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number when the parcel moves. Tracking can take 3–5 days to start updating, which is normal and not a sign of a problem.
Where we ship
The United Kingdom, the 27 countries of the European Union — Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden — and Australia.
If you are somewhere else and want a piece, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you. We do not currently ship to the United States: since the $800 de minimis exemption was suspended, an American buyer would be charged import duty and a carrier fee that can approach half the price of the piece, and we are not willing to let that land on someone at their front door.
The maximum, plainly stated
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 we must give you a delivery deadline. Ours is 30 days from the date you order. If we are going to miss it, we will tell you before it happens and you can cancel for a full refund.
What you pay, and what you do not
United Kingdom — nothing to pay on arrival. Delivery is free on every order and the price at the checkout is the whole of what you pay. Your piece travels to you as an import, so in the unlikely event that a carrier asks you for an import charge at the door, send us the receipt and we refund it in full. That one is ours, not yours.
European Union — this one we cannot absorb, so here it is plainly. Until the middle of 2026 small parcels slipped under a €150 duty-free threshold; that threshold was removed on 1 July 2026, so every parcel from outside the Union now carries customs duty, and your own country's import VAT is charged on top of it. The rate depends on where you live — VAT runs from 17% in Luxembourg to 27% in Hungary, and jewellery duty is small but no longer zero.
The carrier pays that at the border, then collects it from you before handing the parcel over, along with a handling fee of their own. In practice you should expect roughly 20–30% of the price of the piece, plus that fee. It is charged by your government, not by us, and we have not buried it in the price. We would rather you knew the real number before you ordered than found it on a card left through your door. If that changes — if we register for IOSS and start paying it for you — this page will say so.
Australia — nothing to pay on arrival. You see our prices in Australian dollars, and Australian customs does not collect duty or GST on an imported parcel worth under A$1,000. Nothing is added at the checkout and nothing is owed when it arrives. Above A$1,000 a parcel is formally cleared on entry and the carrier collects duty and GST before handing it over — that only happens on larger orders, and we have not buried it in the price. If we ever pass the A$75,000 threshold that makes Australian GST registration compulsory, GST will start appearing at the checkout and this page will say so.
Wrong address
Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will change it if the parcel has not already moved. Once it has been dispatched to the address you gave us, we cannot recall it.
If it does not arrive
If the tracking has genuinely stopped, or the delivery window has passed, email us with your order number. We will chase the carrier ourselves rather than asking you to do it.
