We reply within one working day, Monday to Friday. Weekend messages are answered on Monday.

Email is the only way to reach us. We do not run a phone line, because a studio of this size cannot answer one honestly — and we would rather give you a written answer you can keep than a rushed one you cannot.

What to include

• Your order number if you have one — it starts with # and it is in your confirmation email
• The email address you ordered with
• Photographs, if something arrived damaged or is not what you expected

• Where is my order? Everything is made after you order it, which takes up to 10 days before dispatch. You will get an email when your stone is chosen and again when it ships. Full timeline on our Making & Delivery page.
• What does delivery cost? Nothing from two pieces upwards. On a single piece it is £3.95 to the UK, £5.95 to Europe, £7.95 to Australia, shown at the checkout before you pay.
• I need to change my size, intention or address. Email within 48 hours and we will change it. After that your stone has been chosen and work has started.
• Which size am I? See Size & Fit — measure rather than guess, and measure in the evening. Or send us your measurements and we will tell you. Bracelets are elasticated and one size.
• I want to return something. Read Returns & Refunds first, then email us. Please do not post anything back before you hear from us; it usually costs you money for no reason.
• Which stone should I choose? Tell us roughly what is going on and we will make an honest suggestion. There is also The Codex, which is where we write about the stones properly.

Bespoke work

A particular stone, a different setting, something you have seen elsewhere — email us and describe it. We will tell you honestly whether we can do it, what it would cost and how long it would take. Bespoke pieces add 5 to 10 days and cannot be returned for a change of mind, so we make sure you know exactly what you are getting before we start.
