What we sell
Natural stone jewellery — rings, necklaces, earrings and sets in solid sterling silver (925), and a separate line of beaded bracelets in natural stone on elastic with stainless steel spacers. We sell to consumers in the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia.
Our products are jewellery. They are not medical devices, and we make no medical, therapeutic, healing or health claims about them. Where we describe what a stone has traditionally been carried for, we are describing history and folklore, not effect. Nothing on this website is medical advice or a substitute for professional care.
How your order reaches you
Your piece is posted to you directly from our maker, tracked and signed for. To the United Kingdom that is 5–10 days, usually within a week; to the European Union 6–12 working days; to Australia 8–15 working days. We state this on every product page, in the basket, and in our Delivery policy, because you should know before you buy rather than after.
A card naming the stone and the intention you chose goes in the parcel.
Materials and treatments
Metal. Pieces described as silver are solid sterling silver (925). Some designs carry a plated finish over that silver — gold, rose gold, black rhodium or rhodium — which is where the two-tone colouring comes from. Plating sits on solid silver, never on base metal, and it is a surface finish that wears with time rather than a solid precious metal throughout. The beaded bracelets use stainless steel components and their pages say so; they do not claim silver.
Stones. Stones are natural unless the product page says otherwise. Where a stone has been heated, irradiated, coated, stabilised or dyed — all standard and accepted practice in the trade — we disclose it. Where a stone is laboratory-created or synthetic rather than mined, we say so in the same plain words we would use for a natural one. Some designs use cubic zirconia or other created stones as accents alongside the main natural stone.
Prices and tax
Nothing is ever added by us after you have paid. All prices are in pounds sterling, shown converted into your own currency where we operate a local market.
Delivery to the United Kingdom is free on any order of £39 or more — which is every piece we sell. To the European Union and Australia delivery is free on any order of £50 or more; on a smaller order to those destinations a tracked postage charge is added — £5.95 to the European Union, £7.95 to Australia — and it is shown to you at the checkout before you pay. On rings, necklaces and bracelets an order of two pieces also receives 10% off and three or more receives 15%; on bracelets specifically it is 25% and 30%. Discounts are applied automatically without a code, and where more than one could apply you receive whichever is greater.
Import charges. Parcels travel to you as imports. In the United Kingdom, if a carrier asks you for an import charge on delivery, we refund it in full against the receipt. In the European Union customs duty and your own country's import VAT apply to every parcel from outside the Union since 1 July 2026 — in practice about 20–30% of the price plus the carrier's handling fee — and it is collected from you by the carrier, not by us. In Australia nothing is collected on a parcel worth under A$1,000.
Sengun Electronics Ltd is not currently registered for UK VAT. Our turnover is below the registration threshold. Prices therefore contain no VAT element, no VAT is charged on your order, and we cannot issue a VAT invoice. If you need an invoice for your records we will gladly send a plain one showing what you paid.
Payment
Payment is taken by Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number — only the last four digits, the card type, and whether the payment succeeded. We do not take payment by bank transfer, and we will never email you asking for card details.

Your statutory rights
As a consumer you are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Nothing on this website reduces those rights.
We do not currently offer engraving or bespoke commissions, so the 14-day right to cancel applies to everything we sell. It never applies less to faulty goods.
