What we sell

Natural stone jewellery in solid sterling silver (925), made to order for consumers in the United Kingdom and internationally.

Our products are jewellery. They are not medical devices, and we make no medical, therapeutic, healing or health claims about them. Where we describe what a stone has traditionally been carried for, we are describing history and folklore, not effect. Nothing on this website is medical advice or a substitute for professional care.

How our pieces are made

Every piece is made individually after you order it. A natural stone is selected by hand, set in solid sterling silver (925), finished, and wrapped. Nothing is held in stock and nothing is dispatched from a warehouse of identical items.

This takes up to 20 days, and longer for engraved or bespoke work. We state this on every product page, in the basket, and in our Making & Delivery policy, because you should know before you buy rather than after.

Materials and treatments

Metal. Every piece is solid sterling silver (925). Some designs carry a plated finish over that silver — gold, rose gold, black rhodium or rhodium — which is where the two-tone colouring comes from. Plating sits on solid silver, never on base metal, and it is a surface finish that wears with time rather than a solid precious metal throughout.

Stones. Stones are natural unless the product page says otherwise. Where a stone has been heated, irradiated, coated, stabilised or dyed — all standard and accepted practice in the trade — we disclose it. Where a stone is laboratory-created or synthetic rather than mined, we say so in the same plain words we would use for a natural one. Some designs use cubic zirconia or other created stones as accents alongside the main natural stone.

Prices and tax

The price you see is the price you pay. All prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum, so nothing is added at the checkout.

Sengun Electronics Ltd is not currently registered for UK VAT. Our turnover is below the registration threshold. Prices therefore contain no VAT element, no VAT is charged on your order, and we cannot issue a VAT invoice. If you need an invoice for your records we will gladly send a plain one showing what you paid.

Customers outside the United Kingdom may be charged import duty or tax by their own government. That is set by your country, collected by the carrier, and we have no way to pay it for you or to predict it.

Payment

Payment is taken by Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number — only the last four digits, the card type, and whether the payment succeeded. We do not take payment by bank transfer, and we will never email you asking for card details.

Your statutory rights

As a consumer you are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Nothing on this website reduces those rights.

Please note that the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised — for us, engraved and bespoke pieces. This is set out plainly on Returns & Refunds before you order, and it never applies to faulty goods.
