You do not have to use this form. A plain email saying you want to cancel is just as valid, and most people do that. It is here because the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 require us to make the wording available, and because some people would rather have the sentence written for them than compose it themselves.
Before you use it
- You have 14 days from the day your piece arrives to tell us you are cancelling, and a further 14 days to send it back.
- The right to cancel does not apply to engraved or bespoke pieces, or anything made to specifications you supplied. Choosing one of our six intentions does not make a piece bespoke.
- If your piece is faulty or is not what you ordered, do not use this form — email us instead. That is a different right, we pay the postage, and it is not limited to 14 days.
- Please wait for our reply before posting anything back. We will send you the return address.
The form
Copy the text below into an email to asi8@asi8.com, fill in the four blanks, and send it. That is the whole process.

What happens next
We reply with the return address, normally within one working day. Once the piece reaches us, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 working days. Delivery was free, so there is nothing withheld there — you get the full price of the piece back.
Return postage for a change of mind is yours to pay. Please use a tracked service; until it reaches us it is still your parcel, and it is jewellery.
